CANCELLATION POLICY

Spa Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Teen & Mom Beauty , we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another guest. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service and it may be considered a late cancellation. restrictions may apply contact location! Group Bookings & Packages: For group services or multi-service packages, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in full charges. Payment & Enforcement: Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
